Oliver returns to Starling City after the Undertaking and finds that things are in worse shape than he thought as Season 2 begins. Isabel prepares a hostile takeover of Queen Consolidated; Thea refuses to visit Moira in jail; Roy tries to fill the void left by Arrow’s absence; and Laurel works to take down the vigilante. Flashbacks to the island reveal Slade, Shado and Oliver in a desperate situation.
