The third season ends with Alexander and Cesare reconciling. Cesare marches his army to lay siege to Forli; and Micheletto reappears. Meanwhile, a drunken Alfonso nears death following a fight with Cesare, and Lucrezia turns to her potions to painlessly end his life.
